This safari program is designed to give the guests an opportunity to observe a variety of animals from elephants to peacocks among other fauna and flora endemic to Sri Lanka. The journey into the Minneriya national park will last around 03 hours and covers about 30 kilometers
Kaudulla National Park | USD 54 [Excludes entrance fees to the park]
Kaudulla National Park is famous for its elephant sightings and bird watching throughout the year. In this safari, visitors will come across a variety of animals. The experience itself will leave you wanting to return over and over again. Along with Minneriya and Girithale Birdlife Parks, Kaudulla National Park has been identified internationally as an important place for birds, especially during the migrating period. The journey will take you about 30 kilometers around the premises and will last about 03 hours.

If you’re a person who is fond of nature and animals, you are most likely to be interested in the life of nocturnal animals. This expedition will give you a wonderful chance to observe nocturnal animals in an undisturbed surrounding. The journey will begin after dinner and you will be able to spend about 05 hours, surrounded by the nature and wildlife in all its naturalness.
Sigiriya Bicycle trail | USD 4 per hour per person
In the vicinity of Sigiriya Village, there are three ancient man-made water bodies and a meditation center. These interesting places are located along our designed bicycle trail. The trail runs through a series of diversified habitats. The Time of departure 07.00am with Duration 3hrs and Bicycle distance 6km.
Bird Trail | USD 18 per person
Guests are taken in to the forest along a foot path that will take to the Sigiriya tank at which they will be able to see various types of birds . During the bird migratory season this is a great way to catch a glimps at some of the uncommon birds. Time of departure – 06.00am Total time spending in the field 3hrs.
Amphibian & Reptile Trail | USD 18 per person
An experienced naturist will accompany you in a journey around the water holes and hidden amphibian habitats and educate participants on their remarkable existence and their role in maintaining the balance of nature and its life cycle.
Sri Lankan Cooking demonstrations | USD 14.50 per person
If you’re a foodie who loves to learn more about new cuisines, you will absolutely love this experience as it will take you to a traditional village near the hotel. At the village you will learn and experience authentic cooking styles. The amount that you will pay for this magnificent experience will seem worth it when you have experienced the whole 04 hour journey consisting of cooking demonstrations, and tasting the mouth-watering traditional delights at the end of it.

This tour of one of the nearby villages is very popular as it exposes the participants to an authentic village experience starting with a bullock cart ride and ending with a canoe ride and a traditional “kamatha” lunch served by the paddy fields. The village tour is bound to give you a chance to explore the village and the lifestyles of the people who live here.
Traditional Canoe Riding | USD 14.50 per person
Traditional canoe riding is a fun activity to engage in and it will also help you understand the lifestyles of the villagers more. An amazing evening journey through the "Thalkote" water reservoir in a traditional canoe will allow you to observe a beautiful sun set. The canoes are made to hold about four people and life jackets will be provided to ensure safety.
Adventure Walk to Diyakepilla | USD 14.50 per person
The adventure walk to this isolated village which is bordering Minneriya, Sigiriya and Pidurangala wild sanctuaries is a great way to witness a wide array of wildlife such as birds, monkeys and even elephants as they become active during their feeding time. Another highlight of this walk would be the opportunity to observe the farming and cultivation processes of Sri Lankan farmers and villagers. Once the walk is completed the guests would be brought back to the hotel in a village tractor.
Night Rock Climbing at the Pidurangala Monastery | USD 21.50 per person
If you’re an adrenaline junkie who loves to engage in exhilarating activities, night rock climbing is definitely for you. The journey to the top of the Pidurangala rock starts off from a stairway but soon extends into a more difficult rock climb. When you reach the top of the rock, you will be completely overwhelmed by the beauty of the view overlooking the entire village.
